If an immediate response is not possible, we will inform you of the reasons for the delay and the expected completion of the review.
Arbitration bodies and consumer dispute resolution
Pursuant to Section 17 (4) VersVermV, we are obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before an arbitration body recognized under Section 214 (1) sentence 1 no. 2 VVG if the policyholder calls upon such a body for the out-of-court resolution of a dispute between the policyholder and us.
