- Contract Changes: Address changes, cancellation, or adjustment of the insured amount.
- Claim Notification: If you have lost access to your insured assets or if an insured event (e.g., theft/extortion) has occurred.
- Technical Questions: Questions regarding the setup or configuration of your hardware wallet in relation to the policy.
Important information for your inquiry
To process your request without further questions, please always provide the following:
- First name and date of birth of the policyholder
- Insurance certificate number (policy number)
- A brief description of your request
Security Notice: Please never send us sensitive data such as your seed (recovery words), private keys, or passwords via email or post. Our team will never ask you for this information. We only require your policy number and your personal data for identification.
